We get it from others
Credit information from consumer reporting agencies, and information from identity verification and fraud prevention services.
We collect it automatically
Device and browser details, IP address, and how you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it

Who we share it with
Financial companies choose how they share personal information. Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, sharing.

Your choices
- Marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them, and opt out of non-essential texts by replying STOP.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well.

California residents
California law gives residents additional rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where that applies. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Much of the information we collect to provide a loan is covered by federal financial privacy law, and some of these rights do not apply to it. Email [email protected] to make a request.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and as long as the law requires us to keep records.
